Powered by Frontdesk was made by hosts, for hosts, in city centers. Your units should be residentially unoccupied all or most of the year, in good condition, compliant with all regulations and permitting, and well stocked and equipped.

We’ve developed a proprietary pricing algorithm that optimizes your listing’s pricing based on a multitude of factors including day of the week, local events, occupancy, and more. As shown by the graph above, our Revenue Management System outperforms competition by an average of 16.5%. 

By leveraging our Revenue Management System, your revenue will naturally increase. We can provide models to give you an estimate of what your revenue would look like, provided you’re located in a city that we already operate in.

You’ll be paid by the channel directly. Our fees are paid via autopay monthly.

No! Everything is included with the above fees.

In the White Label Management approach, you will be the “boots on the ground.” You and your team will respond to all guest needs that cannot be solved remotely, including but not limited to: lockouts/missing keys, cleaning, maintenance, interacting with the property management staff, and helping guests into the building when applicable.

In the White Label Management + On-Site Services approach, there’s little required on your end! We handle all aspects of your rental, calling upon you only for reporting and strategizing.

Our minimum is to list on Airbnb. Beyond that, you can list on Expedia, Booking.com, Vrbo, Zillow, Furnished Finder, Anyplace, or Facebook, to name a few.

You’ll have access to our self check-in process, which utilizes the property’s callbox and an on-site lockbox for the keys. 

We do! With years of experience and trained specialists, our team handles all guest communication 24/7.

You will have view access. Once we connect our PMS, listing editing functionality is removed.

This is something we take very seriously. We’ve developed a series of Trust and Safety features, such as:  guest risk scoring, identity verification, criminal background screening, and active noise monitoring.

If you have an existing Airbnb account, the onboarding process can take up to 2 weeks.

If you do not have an existing Airbnb account, the onboarding process can take up to 4 weeks.

One of Frontdesk’s core values is to “be the best tenant.” This means that we’re the best neighbor to the property’s long-term residents, too. 

We utilize noise monitoring devices that do not record sound but simply measure decibel levels. These IoT devices allow us to remotely monitor levels for parties and other noise disturbances.

Through this system, we’ve been actively able to disperse party events before they become an issue and disturbance to the neighbors.
