Check-in is at 3 p.m. local time. To make a request for early check-in, contact us at hello@stayfrontdesk.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee any early check-ins. 

Check-out is at 11 a.m. local time. Remember to review your check-out instructions so you know what to do with keys and parking passes (when applicable).

We require this for both the safety of you and the apartment community you’re staying in. It’s a simple criminal background check, compliant with FCRA regulations.

Some suites have parking included, some do not. The individual suite listing will show if it includes parking or not. If you have any questions, you can call us at 414-209-0102 or email hello@stayfrontdesk.com.

The instructions to access your parking pass and the parking spot will be texted to you 24-hours prior to your check-in.

Rather than relying on the guest to clean the suite (like a typical vacation rental), we professionally clean each suite between each guest stay. We hold our professional cleaners to a very high standard, which guarantees a spot free stay for you!

Your suite has been stocked with basic household supplies including:

  • Laundry detergent
  • Dishwasher detergent
  • Coffee cups for your Keurig®
  • Basic toiletries
  • Kitchen essentials (pots/pans, cutlery, dishes, etc.)
  • Hair dryer

Our suites have not been baby proofed. Additionally, we do not provide pack-n-plays or cribs, so please make sure to bring one if traveling with little ones.

Yes! We offer weekly and monthly discounts. When booking on our website, these discounts are automatically added based on your date range.
